Wrestling Style: Flash and Panache. Vernon loves any move that looks impressive and gets the crowd oohing and aahing. No stranger to hardcore style, nonetheless he prefers to avoid those sorts of fights when he can. He's more interested in looking good than getting hurt. American entertainment style, with strong style and lucha libre influences. Has a little muay thai training, after becoming fascinated by Tony Jaa a few years ago, but uses it more for accents and flashy spots than as a linchpin of his arsenal. Cheats without reservation whenever he thinks he can get away with it, and he's good at getting away with it.

Entrance Description: “Applause (Sindre Myskja Metal Remix)” by Lady Gaga erupts from the PA as a deep blue spotlight in the shape of an inverted pentagram illuminates the entrance area. Vernon Vanderbilt emerges from the back, resplendent in blue and black, including a luxurious, feathered cape. He basks in the spotlight's glow for a moment, arms outstretched, flashing the Vs for victory, then regally strolls down the aisle toward the ring. He ascends the steps and climbs to the top turnbuckle, leering and taunting the audience for a few moments as he removes his cape, before moonsaulting into the ring, landing on his feet.
Short Bio: Vernon Vanderbilt is a 15-year veteran of the squared circle. He has wrestled all over the world, bested many legendary foes, and won his share of gold along the way. Has been away from the business, for the most part, for the last several years. Some say he was broken by lost love, but he'll be the first to tell you that he was broken, beautifully so, well before all that nonsense. Was a mainstay in in the GZW2K1 upper-card for several years but, in spite of being a former World Champion, never really fulfilled his potential while with the company. An eccentric and unpredictable man, he seems alternately whimsical and bestial, but past opponents will tell you that he is anything but out of control, and always has more than one possible plan for every situation. That is what makes his recent re-emergence in UGZ all the more interesting, as no one can be sure exactly what game he's playing at any given time. Loved by many, hated by many more, what Vernon Vanderbilt loves more than anything is for his name to be on people's lips.
