OOC: Recently in fedding, I done these pieces about Konrad Raab's father's death. The last scene I will post is mainly for character development for Lord Raab who is another character I play in other feds who's Konrad's twin brother, but because I won't be able to use them for my RP due to having already done them, I am going to put everything about Jens Raab's death I've done in Supreme Championship Wrestling. I know I've not explained this much apart from the last RP I did, but the whole refusual with anger and what he's going through off camera is apart of Jens Raab passing away and how Konrad misses him a lot Cos there's so much for me to post, I will leave them uncoded. Enjoy them.
The news. Anaheim, California. Sunday 9th October.
It was nine in the morning as Konrad just got up after intense mental training he had with his trainer yesterday. It’s of course going to be another day to work out as he puts on some clothes as the phone rings, but because Konrad was getting changed, it was his wife that answered the phone instead and as soon as she heard German language, she automatically shouted at him.
Fizz Raab: “I don’t understand what this woman is saying to me on the phone, please answer her.”
Konrad rushes downstairs and sees Fizz leaving the phone on the side. Of course Fizz doesn’t understand a word of German which is something Konrad knows Fizz needs to pick on quickly, considering their kids speak German. He places the phone on his ear and he hears crying and sniffles on the phone and speaks in German.
Konrad Raab: “Hello, who’s this?"
German woman: “Hello, it’s your mother on the phone.”
Konrad Raab: “I’ve not spoken to you for a while. Is there something wrong?”
Ingrid Raab (Konrad’s mum): “It’s your father. I have really bad news to tell you. Your father passed away early this morning.”
It took a moment for Konrad to sink in as he had met Jens quite sometime ago and that heartbroken feeling has indeed come back to know about this and the worst part is, he couldn’t go back to Germany. He was done for. He crouched down and started to let tears drop on the carpet floor and his mum speaks.
Ingrid Raab: “Are you still there?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes of course I am. Sorry, I was trying to let it sink in for a moment. What happened??”
Ingrid Raab: “Well he had breathing problems that turned quite serious and when the doctors at the hospital placed him in the incubator, he died on the spot. He fought hard from lung cancer, but he couldn’t fight anymore. I’m so sorry for telling you first thing in the morning.”
Konrad Raab: “No, I’m glad you called, especially if it’s something this urgent. I had no idea he was ill. The worst thing is that I can’t come to Germany until Thursday cos I got to work Wednesday.”
Ingrid Raab: “I understand. You do what you have to do and come as soon as you can. I don’t think I can cope just with your sister around.”
Konrad Raab: “You just have to try just until Friday at least when I come over to you. Have you contacted Mark……””
Ingrid Raab: “Yes I have. He already knows and he felt funny enough exactly how you feel right now. I also know you two have got massive hate towards each other, but please find a way to get along with him. I told Markus the same too.”
Konrad Raab: “Although I don’t really want to speak to him ever again, nor even want to see that sick man, considering he lost my unborn child, I will try to fix things with him for the sake of our father. I will see you Thursday.”
Ingrid Raab: “Thank you, that’s all I ask. I will see you then."
Konrad places the phone down as the three lettered words were too hard for them to say and he goes upstairs to Fizz who was getting changed and Konrad had his head down and cried as she comforted him for a little bit.
Fizz Raab: “You know we’ve all forgiven you, don’t you?"
Konrad Raab: “No, it’s not that. It’s just my father is……….”
Fizz sees that Konrad was not wanting to say the four lettered word as now Fizz realises what’s going on with Konrad as it’s something she knows all too well about, considering the story her dad told her about her mum passed away in a car accident years ago.
Fizz Raab: “Oh no, I’m so sorry. Do you want me to come to Germany with you?”
Konrad Raab: “Yes I really do because apart from my kids, you are the only person that makes me happy everyday.”
Fizz and Konrad embrace a huge hug, although Konrad had to not hug Fizz so hard because of their baby daughter coming into the world and it even hurt him more that Jens was never going to see his grandchild. Konrad had never dealt with this in his life.
Konrad Raab: “Markus is going to be with us, but I have to somehow work things out with him and even you. He has to be there because he is my twin brother afterall and my mother said me and him need to get along to become a stronger family.”
Fizz Raab: “I understand he’s your brother, but I’m scared of him.”
Konrad Raab: “Nothing is going to happen, trust me. He will touch me before he gets anywhere near you or our future daughter, don’t worry about that. Besides with him having heart disease now, he might surprise us with something.”
Fizz Raab: “You make a good point. Shit, what about your match with Tommy Valentine?”
Konrad Raab: “Sadly, I have to wrestle him, that’s unless Olek places Tommy to face someone else. For now, we’ll go to Germany on Thursday, but Tuesday if Olek gives me time off.”
Konrad just wanted to hug Fizz nearly the whole morning because he just didn’t want to be alone and Fizz did phone up her dad to see if he could look after the kids while they were away to attend Konrad’s father’s funeral. They stayed at home all day after the news which then Konrad had a missed call from Chris about being late for training, but he phoned Chris up to cancel training because of the news of his father passing away.
He stops crying around his children cos they start to worry and instead he gets the time to play with them and decides to take them out to the park for three hours to play in the playground which wasn’t far from where they live and he sees his kids happy and gave him a smile. It was great for Konrad to get outdoors and spend quality time with his kids that could be his last time he sees them before spending time packing at home to travel to Germany after recieving a phone call from Olek for Konrad to spend time with his family.
