Alex and the Southern Xchange hit the ring as John and the Heathens slide under the bottom rope and back up the small ramp towards the double doors. The three men inside the ring yell at the others to get back into the ring.
Alex: Let me make one thing perfectly clear. I'm not here to be the savior of UGZ. I'm not here to right the wrongs I committed in GZW before I was terminated and banned. I was invited here to enjoy a show and spend time with friends. With that being said I will not just stand in the back and watch as someone is assaulted.
John we go way back, much further than I care to admit. We've been all over the world bashing one another's skulls in for as long as I can remember. Had it not been for my injury and alcohol problems I can almost guarantee we would have collided in PAW. Hell, despite my dislike for The Bombtrax I'd have probably helped throw your big ass off the roof.
Yet here we are once again. You're throwing your dead weight around and trying to make yourself out to be worth something. Yet you can't even do that by yourself! You relied on The Slaughterhouse and Davina to make you look vicious and now you're relying on these two to do the same thing again. You're trying to catch lightning in a bottle and there's not a cloud in the sky.
Alex paces the ring back and forth never taking his eyes off the three men on the floor. The two men that ran down with him barely move as they take in the surroundings.
Alex: Now these two men, they just happened to be standing around backstage when I chose to come out. I guess it's true that everyone has a price.
One of the men steps forward cutting Alex off.
Colton: Let me clear the air here for a moment. Any given Sunday that assault that happened would have been at our hands. We'd have jumped that barricade and laid waste to whomever stood in this ring and dared anyone to do something about it. Right and wrong, good and bad those are terms used by the short sighted. The people who refuse to accept that things are always one way or the other. Nothing is ever as it seems, nothing is simply black or white.
As Alex pointed out everyone has a price. Our services come at a hefty cost and he was willing to pay it. Personally we don't give a shit who stands across the ring from us. We don't see friend or foe we only see green. John, right now you're as green as can be.
Zachary: You boys have no idea what shit you’ve stepped into. When you step into the ring with Colton and I you step into the ring with greatness. John I hear you think you’re greatness in the flesh. Boy THIS right here is greatness in the flesh.
Zachary walks over and wraps his arm around the shoulder of Colton.
Zachary: We’ve been from one side of the globe to the other and back again. We’ve bled and spilt blood by the buckets on damn near every continent. So when you think about greatness. When you think about God’s. When you think about THE best what you’re thinking about is us. Like it not you’ll learn to live with that fact real quick. We aren’t here to wrestle. We’re here to make money and spill blood.
Alex: John if you want a piece you know where to find me because I'm not running.
Alex leans against the ropes with a smile as he looks at the three men standing near the door.
Alex: Like it or not boys I'm home.
He tosses the microphone out of the ring and holds the chair into the air with a smile as "Invincible" by Adelitas Way kicks back in.
